The project features a “Very Walkable” Walk Score®, is directly across from the new westcoast flagship Whole Foods Market, and only a 5 minute walk from the Del Mar Metro Gold Line Station.
Seven-tenths of a mile to the south of the project, Arroyo Parkway meets the entrance to the 110 Freeway, Pasadena’s connection to downtown Los Angeles only ten minutes away and primary access to the rest of Southern California.
The project is also less than 4 minutes away from two other major Los Angeles Freeways (134 & 210).
There are a number of national and prestigious local restaurants located within two blocks of the site.
The Arroyo Chop House and Parkway Grill are two of the most renowned locally owned and operated restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. Also within two blocks is Houston’s as well as a wide variety of dining options including American, Mexican, Pizza, Sushi, and Thai.
Within a mile of the project are over a hundred restaurants, hundreds of retailers, live theatre (at the Pasadena Playhouse), and three movie theaters with twenty eight screens (fourteen screen ArcLight for major releases, a seven screen iPic for luxury viewing, drinking and dining, and a seven screen Laemmle for art house releases).
Also within a mile are the Pasadena Ice Skating Center, the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, and the Pasadena Convention Center. 482 Arroyo Parkway is also only four and a half blocks away from the route of the world famous Rose Parade!
Local cultural institutions within a mile and a half of the project include the Norton Simon Museum, the Pacific Asia Museum, the Armory, and the Pasadena Museum of Contemporary Art.
Just at ad further in Pasadena are the Kidspace Children’s Museum and the world-renowned Huntington Library, Art Collection, and Botanical Gardens.
Pasadena academic and research institutions include the Caltech Institute of Technology, the Art Center College of Design, the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena Community College, Fuller Theological Seminary, and Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena.
The Playhouse District has numerous live performance venues, including the Pasadena Playhouse, the Coston Court Performing Arts Complex, and the Furious Theatre.
